Hey Jassman---how Come Your Not Using Ypm Power Plants In Your 08 Nor Tech???

why not go with eddie 's power in your new boat...

as i was taking my medications ...

i had a moment of clarity...

why pay that much more for mercury 700's (less power) when young performance marine could probably build you a set of the highly acclaimed 750's for the cost of 1 mercury 700..????

would seem like a no brainer ...or is it for the resale aspect when you go to sell the 08 nor tech for the 09 nor tech ?:food-smiley-009: :ernaehrung004: :cool-smiley-027:

well even if you could get the merc 700s for hole sale at 50 k apeice or buy some 750s for 25 k each you would still need to add 20= k for some konrad drives to the 25 k and then what are you saving 5 k on eack motor witch is penny's when your spending 500k+ on a new boat :)

what's wrong jeff, i am such a POS that you won't touch this thread?

I know Jeff is very high on Eddie, He builds an excellent motor with the best parts, Jeff had his 750's in his first 43 and loved them, but for 50k a side on the mercury 700 you get a super motor, and the new nxt drive complete, It has a 1 year warranty and right now is probably the hottest package available in the market. Resell would be very high on my list as the boat market is totally flat and I'm sure the Mercury package will hold it's value much better, If you were to keep the boat for a long period looks like to me Eddie's 925 efi is the deal, making well over 1000hp. would be the ticket, all economics, and I think Jeff enjoys designing and having a new boat built every year, It can be a neat process especially with Nortech.

doesn't the warranty void if engines are replaced? i thought this build is with #6 speedmaster drives...not the nxt's...
