Has anyone seen or heard of these boats rolling over when turning at relatively slow speeds say mid 40's?

I know one rolled last year (or year before) on the Chain of Lakes in Illinois, but I do not know the specifics of the roll. You might be able to do a search and find more information.

Sounds like a loaded question to me. Why do you want to know?

I think you can roll any twin step boat at those speeds!

It's never the boat that rolls. It's the driver of a stepped hull when operating improperly or recklessly.

Yes more than 1 has spun/rolled.....

NefariousOne 08-14-2007 12:12 PM

Although I know of one personally that spun out, I really do like the boat besides thats fact.

I think it was determined that the skipper of that vessel was driving like a butthole,so I don't think that gives the boat a fair shake.
