Big Thanks Vortech Superchargers

6 years ago i talked with all of the bolt on supercharger companies about a kit for my 502 mpi and im glad i went with the Vortech kit still getting great customer service.

First 5 years everything was as advertised, turn key no problems and great performance. Now that im doing some upgrades without buying a new kit still all the help, recommendations, and advice.

Who could ask for more! Thanks Bob Endress

Same experience. They go the extra mile. Bob even calls you back. I don't know why they are not more popular in the midwest though.

So many bad comments its always nice to send some good. When i bought my kit the biggest thing was the size of the supercharger and i can remember Bob telling me that when i was ready to make some upgrades my kit would still work. A friend of mine bought a competative kit, he upgraded and now his supercharger is not big enough and has to upgrade.

I was glad to hear of your positive experience with Vortech superchargers, and even better, the great news about someone who actually knows something about customer service. That seems like a lost art these days! I don’t know Bob Endress…any way to publish a phone number or e-mail address for future reference?

I also have a Vortech supercharger...it was the basis for a kit sold by Livorsi Marine which I don’t believe they sell / service any longer. Never know when knowing someone like Bob Endress could be helpful down the road…thanks in advance.

When i bought my kit i asked Bob about the other kit and he told me that in stock form they made more power(not much, about 20) by using a smaller more efficient Vortech compressor with a stock motor. But when i was ready to upgrade like all of us boaters, the Vortech kit would be able to handle the increased air flow because of the larger compressor.

Bob Endress' email is easy to get @ vortechmarine.com its clearly marked

Thanks for the info...that's easy enough. Is the "other kit" you are referring to happen to be the kit sold by Livorsi? Just curious...

Yes, it was a good kit just used a smaller compressor.
