21' (I think) Concord. The boat rode so bad that the bottom came apart. I built a motor for one and took it out for a test ride. There was 1-2' waves and the boat chine walk and porpoised so bad the bottom blew apart. I barely got it back to the trailer before it sunk. One of the worst phone calls I've had to make. By the way, the boat hauled ass before it broke. |
The worst I ever felt after a race was a 29' Fountain F1 boat, Corpus Chritie, Tx a few years back.

Yes i am from the parish. :D My name is jason lay. That was my cousin tony's boat he bought from texas. He wanted to buy mine but at the time i did not want to get rid of it. I believe he still has the motor and all of the hardware, every time i see him i try to buy some of it.
