The Saber is moving along but I will add its at a snails pace... I have had so much going on lately that it hasn't been getting the attention it needs... That & the fact that in the past month orso its been so hot in the shop that by the time I'm done with customer work I've not been real eager to crawl down in the bilge... At the risk of sounding like a wuss I will say that I am ready for fall to roll around & some cooler weather to move in....
However I did drop off a few peices to a buddy of mine for alittle Tig work earlier this week.. I'm kinda at a bit of a stand still untill I get that stuff back which should be any day... Then its back to grinding & laying a bit more glass...
I hope everything is going well with the splash today !! I know its always a great feeling after all the hard work , $$$ & time that goes into a build... I will be anxious to hear how she ran...

I got to use the tabs some yesterday in the Chesapeake bay. It was pretty flat in the bay but the boat "felt" better dragging them some. I saw 72 on GPS at 5000 rpm with a stock 26 Bravo. With a few more rpm's and some prop tweaking I should be able to see 75 easy. The boat handled great. Launches off wakes flying straight with soft landings. Running in the open bay was a blast.
