Brand new water front community in So. Cal....
They punched out our harbor (Channel Islands Harbor) and are building a whole new community. the only new water front community in California.
We snuck in and took pictures while runnin' the gun the other day. Looked cool from the water. Here's some pics.....

Going back out under the smaller bridge...

......good job.......but seriously that looks like a great new spot to go for a lunch run or just hang out.......wish they would do something nice like that in my area..........
