Default Brand new water front community in So. Cal....

They punched out our harbor (Channel Islands Harbor) and are building a whole new community. the only new water front community in California.

We snuck in and took pictures while runnin' the gun the other day. Looked cool from the water. Here's some pics.....

Me giving the "we really shouldn't be in here" smile....

Going under the bride....

shops and grocery store with guest docks in front....

More of the shopping center..
Going back out under the smaller bridge...
And once out of the bridge, going past the other homes and codos from the first phase.

Looks like a great day you had...

Glad to see them putting this in. Oxnard really needs the boost, and we could really use a water front community up here.

Tank, good undercover work. Anyone who can sneek in with a Cigarette Top Gun with bright yellow/orange graphics, and two blown engines with no mufflers, deserves some sort of special recognition. Have you thought about police work?
