K4M, If you're planning on bringing a boat, I can give you info on a bunch of places on Holiday Isle. We stayed at Harbor Landing, another brand new set of condos that faces the Destin Harbor and has great views of the gulf. A short walk across the street to the beach. Rented the penthouse in building A - 2200 SF, 4BR, 4.5Bath and a 20 X 50 boat slip. Needless to say, already reserved it for Emerald Coast next year. Badass place. They also have 2BR and 3BR units.
