What is the story with this OL, !!!

It looks pretty bad, whats "the rest of the story"

Sad OL

I dont think this is ever repairable... one never knows a little west system slathered here and there.

That boat is ****ed up

McGary911 09-03-2007 09:36 AM

Wow. Snapped the lower right off the 6. See the countertop snapped in half too? Wonder if the driver was thrown (broken bolster) and the thing ran till it grounded?

the duke 09-03-2007 09:40 AM

It hit rocks in the dark. No injuries

open87 09-03-2007 10:09 AM

friend of mine salvaged that boat off of the rock pile it hit. it was so far up on the rocks thry had to get a bigger tug from New Bedford, MA to pull it of and then float it with air bags. CAn't beleive no one was hurt!! Lucky.

Jassman 09-03-2007 04:03 PM

Im just glad no one was hurt.

CAPTAIN CHUCK 09-03-2007 04:36 PM

WOW!!! Very lucky indeed...Anybody know what kind of speed they were going when it hit? Amazing.

Mercury_Challenger 09-03-2007 06:14 PM

A little elbow grease it will be good as new......sad sight to see.

Bostonirish 09-03-2007 06:34 PM

I heard they were running close to 60!!!

area51scarab 09-03-2007 10:27 PM

ouch

bermudaboy 09-04-2007 05:50 AM

Wouldn't you screw the boat up more with only 2 stands at the back of the boat and bow blocks? If the structural integrity is already comprimised it would need as much hull support as possible IF you could salvage the boat, right? Looks like it was a nice boat though, glad everyone was alright.

pkspx 09-04-2007 08:33 AM
