stupid question?

if i get a one engine outdrive boat
can i put later 2 two engines ?

sakoutis3 09-04-2007 12:42 PM

It depends on the boat but it is an expensive under taking.

pasch44 09-04-2007 12:51 PM

how about a Bayliener ?

sakoutis3 09-04-2007 01:10 PM

Depends on the model and the width.

It would not be worth the money to do. Better to sell and buy a twin when you are ready. That boat would perform better with a Bravo-3 or similar type twin prop outdrive and a little more power.

thank you all

I was always told that "The only stupid question is the one you don't ask" . Don't really understand the bashing on this thread, English is obviously not his first language.

The stringer placement is different. Could be difficult to impossible from a cost/value standpoint.
