I was pulled over by Lake Perry WP and I wasnt even running..I was getting towed to party cove..So I wouldnt get pulled over and tested..HAHAHA..They told me I could not be towed around the lake anymore..WTF ?..What is the diffrence between that and a ROW OR SAILBOAT..
Anyway..Is there anyone that is a Lawyer on here that would know what else we can do..At least raise it to 89 or 90db's |
Thanks. Sorry I missed you guys! Suprisingly enough the lake patrol didn't mess with me, and I was clearly over 86db. Hope you guys can get this fixed, we had a great time on the lake.

Nickoteen this is Bankerron, Outlaws husband. I saw your yellow cig. very nice. We didn't make it that far because we were kicked off. I was in a 28ft DCB with 1200HP. We got nailed.

I'm sure that Texas has something on the books, but I can't find it. :(
I do know that the water cops on Lake Travis don't care about loud engines. All they care about is public safety. :) As long as you are not endangering yourself or others, your engines can be LOUD! I know mine are! :D |

Well to make matters worse I kinda stirred the pot..I forgot to tell you guys there were 2 of us being towed by the same boat..lol..But he did let us go and yes we told them we were broke down. But he knew it was BS..I am very sure he was harassing ME..Because there was a twin sleekcraft blowing by before we got to WP and they didnt even look..So I am going to contact our local authority and make a complaint about it..
So what do you guys think ?..Are they singleing out us POWERBOATS?..If we can get Kansas to raise the db's to 89-90 we would be better off... |

Either they change the law or they apply the same standard to ALL BOATS. As soon as the house boat crowd start getting harrassed, we will have more people to write letters!!

I can't get this to paste right, but the columns are listed. First is state, second is law, third is the standard used, and last is cutouts illegal. This is as of 2000.
