94 Bravo I Swap

Does anyone know if you have to change the gimble or any other components when changing a 94 Bravo I drive, to a 04 Bravo X drive?!!!!!!!!! I am trying to use the stock transom assembly on a 94 27 Baja Shooter.

you need to change the gimbal bearing,merc has a kit
