Hey what time are we meeting on the 22 for the fun run????

Is this an open event? Any details?

I don't think water condtions are going to be good. I just got back from a marine commission meeting. Water levels are at 93.3 more ramps will start closing at 93. Water conditions are very dangerous right now.

I would like to do a FUN RUN that weekend. Thinking about Lake Gaston or Smith Mountain Lake if we can get up a crowd.

The water is down 3.6' as of today here @ SML.If you decide to do I can get in touch with the guy that can let you launch over at waterwheel marina.The only ramp that has good water for our lager boats.He chargers $20 to ramp.Let me know.

I would like to join in. Haven't hung out with any "go fast" guys since I moved. :ernaehrung004: Gonna have to stick to LKN though.

Let me know where I should be checking for info. I know that I missed the info on the Poker Run because I wasn't on the correct site.

Sonny, why don't you guys just come up for winefest weekend?

Anyone that want to meet on the 22nd on lake norman can meet me at the rusty rudder at 10am and we will have a fun day!!

Hopefully some of the NC crew will show for that event. It sounds really fun. As of now, I am obligated that weekend. If something changes, I'll get in touch.

Hay Sonny, Im going to keep them. There at the eng. shop now. Im going to de tune them to run on 87 oct. should make around 650-700 hp. Thats enough in this boat. The boat is at the glass shop getting some things fixed. Ill be at the Sarasota poker runs am. run in oct. With a fact. boat.

How many boats did you guys have, and do you have any pictures??

Glad you had a good run and I hate we missed it.

I wish I had noticed this thread sooner. I saw the run was cx and didn't look elsewhere. The lake is low, but there is plenty of water if you're careful. I was out w/family and friends both Saturday and Sunday. It was so sweet we stayed out long after the sunset! Keep me posted if you guys are out running around anytime. Fall is the best time to run!
