Herald-Tribune....Article mailed to me says that The 18th Suncoast Offshore Festivel will have offshore racing. Definatly not with APBA! Sounds like they will run with SBI. The sarasota offshore races have allied themselves with a new coalition called Race Site Venue Partners LLC, founded by former APBA president Steve David.RSV lists Sarasota July 4 as part ofa 7 city 2002 lineup with sarasota yacht broker Kevin Brown as contact..........
