Phantom race boats filled the podium sunday at the OPA POINT PLEASANT race in class 400!!!!!

FIRST PLACE- SIMPLY AWESOME #466 30' Phantom SVL

THIRD PLACE-TEAM OCTANE #411 30' Phantom SVL

What motors are they running?? I know the Simply Awesome boat has a Mercury Racing 525, that is 2 yrs old, and has been sitting for the past 11 months.

Our boat TEAM OCTANE runs a 525 also and SImmons runs twin 500efi's

Congrats to Jim simmons and all the Phantom owners. Simmons Marine is down the street from me and services my Fountain. First class people and awsome boat.

Pound for pound, hp for hp a Phantom is hard to beat.

Good seeing the Phantoms do there stuff, as well as the Mercury power holding up in the Offshore arena.

thanks, we put alot of time into bringing it back to life. We have set it up for OSS SVL also but we need to dial it in more and get more seat time before we give OSS a shot. We will give it our best to make a few OSS races next year!
