That is VERY steep, especially since the season is not that long up there. That's at least 2X what slips go for in my locale.

Is that at Beverlyport Marina? Your ramp options will be one less next year as I hear the Kernwood Ramp is being redone like Pope's was last year. Pope's will be very busy next season I suspect. Too bad, since I hate that 30 minute ride to the no wake marker!

Damn!! I keep mine in a marina (out of the water storage) in SW FL for $10/ft. Call them up, it's in the water in five minutes and in the Gulf in 10 minutes. Boat all day, they wash and flush it, and I go home. For the money you're being quoted, you could fly down here every weekend and still have money left over for gas.

I don`t keep mine in a slip anymore, but when I did, I paid $975 for 12 months ($81.25 per month) for a 30' slip with a 6000# hydro-hoist and electric outlets.

2004/2005 @ $142/ft; 30ft slip. in water only.
2007 @ $150/ft
2008????

So that was $4500 from May through Oct.
Winter storage would be about another $1800.
Soooo... thats about $6500 storage/yr for a $30k boat.
Woulda made more sense if I had a new cig 30 vice.
