Default Looking for Competent Mercruiser Marine Mechanic

Just bought a 442 Baja with triples. Apparantly engines are in guardian mode, won't turn over 4200 RPM's. Would like to know if anyone in Knoxville knows a competent Mercury Mechanic, who has the ability to scan and troubleshoot without costing me three arms and a leg? I'm new with go fast stuff, old cruiser boy who got tired of going slow.

1st, where are you located?

2nd, with triple engines, and trouble already; I'd by my own Rinda scan tool.
