[QUOTE=Donman;2294653]To me, any business name with "express" in it, sounds fast and cheap. Is that how you want your business to come across ?

The only exception would be American Express

I'm SLOW. Two weeks in a row now with only one a week, that hurts.

Luckily, I have a sugar momma that brings home the bacon for us.....

Been soliciting as much as I can lately, just seems like there is NO business out there, even our best lenders aren't sending us anything.

Just curious here but how do you guys go about getting into this business? Do you have to have a degree or just an apprasal class kinda like real estate? Things aren't too great where I am right now in the boat business and have always thought about something in the lines of real estate or apprasal etc... I ive at the Lake of the Ozarks and am sure there is plenty of work in the area for that kind of thing.
