A snailboater once told me they always have the right of way . Looks good on him . Hopefully no passengers were hurt in the filming .

Comercial ALWAYS has right of way no matter what over pleasure craft.

That's a very old video that has been posted a few times. It was proven to be an insurance scam due to the fact the owner could not afford the payments.
