I'm glad to see a pic of that boat again- I know its whereabouts were in question for a while. GLOC was a favorite destination of mine when I lived in Tulsa!:cool-smiley-011:

My bud had a 96 32 hustler w/ hp500's, no boxes, but the X was jacked up pretty high. pulled 90mph out of it on GPS. then duplicated the teague 740hp (b&m420) setup and got 103 out of it on gps and popped one of the motors before it was fully dialed in. would have maybe saw 105.
boat was great in rough water but a bit of a handleful over 90 |

My buddy has his 32 Hustler up for sale now it's 85+ mph. I've never been in a more unstable boat at such a speed. I think it rides like crap at high speeds very dangerous if you ask me.
Your buddy, or an previous owner must have make major changes to the setup. The 32 Hustler, designed and build by Paul Fiore, perhaps, the best 32 non step, v-bottom, ever built, and it can run with the best of the step bottoms. |

It's a traditional deep v-hull that requires right set-up to run, and a driver that can run it. Champion hull design on the race circuit. ...Foire must have done something right with the design! Hull has been run at higher speeds, than the 85 range. But, once the MPH get up, the comfort level may depend on the driver's ability. |
