Those names ruled the seas in the day but look at Outer Limits , Cigarette and Skater , etc. They build the real deal of the high end market and very few can even come close to their product.

Your product isn't half bad either....

Saccenti and Aronow? Now this is getting confusing, seems like a new boat company every other year. What happened to Chief, they look like beautiful boats!

Thanks for the comments guy's. We do build a great product but I always look up to the great exotic bigger boat builders. Also look at Concept , Yellowfin , Contender , etc in the outboard market , they are 1st class.

Wylie at Yellowfin makes the best CC's out there.

Here is the answer to the mystery............We are working on a tribute boat to Don Aronow to celebrate his 80th birthday.

The idea is ....What if some of Don's old friends got together and took one of his designs and built a boat with modern technology, what kind of boat could they build?

So we are using a 24 foot Banana boat, which was the 24 Cigarette. The boat will be powered with twin big outboards on a bracket.

Bobby, Brownie, me and a few more of the old guys, have been working together with Michael Aronow on this project. The decision to use outboards is based on Don having used outboards for one of his successful bids for a world championship.

The same Banana boat package, after the showing of the tribute boat, will be available to the general public with either a single outboard, twin outboards or a single IO up to 525 HP.

Bobby has not gone away from Chief and has a few new and very interesting projects in the works at this time. We are talking about this team of old pikers taking on some bigger boat projects in the future too.
