Any OSO'ers in and around Massachusetts with a big barn, garage, warehouse, etc. available for winter storage?

Thanks,

I know a place. It is heated, but pricey. Expect to pay low 300,s per month.

I know a place in Gloucester but it is not so much storage as a garage. You could work on the boat all winter however. Maybe get a guy to go in on it with you to make it more affordable.
