I'd look at an Active Thunder or Sonicl. Both boats in the 30-38ft range have HUGE cabins with real headroom. Although they've only built one - I really like what saber did with their 34ft boat. Really simple design with long bench seats and a bed. The bench seats fold out into a bed that is somewhat bigger than a king. Not to mention that its the baddest azz 34 ever made IMO.

You also need to know what kind of water your going to be running in and how fast. If you like to do 60-70 in BIG WATER, I wouldn't want anything in the cabin except seats and a bed, maybe a cooler. A Formula would also be a good choice

This fits the description. 6'10" of head room inthe cabin and mid to high 70's depending on load and conditions. Cruise a 50 MPH @ 3500 RPM. Pm or email for details and more pics.
