Also, it never technically sank, but it did burn down to the gunwales and then it stuffed in Key West and the deck was ripped off.

Yup, I saw the boat a couple weeks after that accident...not pretty!

Oso member Shane ran in that boat for a few races with Nicky. Im sure he has a few pics of it before he decided to turn it into a submarine

That would be very cool Ryan. Here is my dad's latest version of the Black Duck. Just had this built and delivered in July. 24LD Progression with 300 XS. We also still have the 10' Cougar Cub that he carted around on top of the dually tow rig.
