BOATPIX.COM in Capative Pass, Sat Oct 13?

Right around noon today, Sat Oct 13, I was heading out Captive Pass in my 2007 30
Skater, when a helicopter seemed to follow us for about 30 seconds, just as we were
entering the Gulf. One of my passengers said it looked like a photographer, and the name
BOATPIX.COM could be seen. If you are on this site, please contact me. I would like to
see any photos or video, and would be interested in purchasing good ones.

Go to Boatpix.com fill out the form with your info they will send them to you.you do have to give them a CC # first its $250.00 a picture or three for $500.00.You have 10 days after you receive to keep or send back.Use ups for any thing you send back and insure it.
A few people on this board have had problems with them but I did not and the picture I bought is good

Purchasing good ones is the key phrase here. If you do get them to send you photos, you better get a return receipt request for when you send them back.

If you want really good photos, sign up for a poker run that includes photography by a pro like Randy Nuzzo. Pay half that price for stellar photos.

Boat Pix sent us some pics through the email. We had to stay on them a little bit but this is the best way to do business. I will probably buy some now. I wouldn't if I had give a credit card first.

Maritime_Eng 10-14-2007 02:23 PM

I have purchased lots of photos and videos from Freeze Frame throught the years, for the race boat. I am very particuar, and have passed on many more.

I have read alot of varing opinions here on OSO.

I just found the web site with a phone number, and plan to call them to get a look at the proofs.

I just got my 16'x20' pictures from Boatpix.com and I must admit all three are of very high quality. I just need to decided if I want to spend $500 for all three. If you buy 1 it's $250, buy 2 it's $400, buy 3 it's $500.

DORaymond 10-17-2007 10:41 AM

I just purchased one photo from BoatPix.com and am very happy with it (it is $250 for one shot - I am certain it is not cheap to operate a helicoptor).:D

kjm....how long ago did they take your pics........they shot me the Sunday before last and am I patiently waiting for mine.....

kjm5125 10-17-2007 03:32 PM

They took mine on September 3, 2007. If I remember reading correctly, it did say, six to eight weeks for delivery.
My pictures are flawless! :D What they'll do is send you three different pictures and you can buy all three or just one.

Here's Johnny 10-17-2007 03:40 PM

Thanks kjm.............
