Mike, I'm afraid the TOT run may be out being that I haven't gotten the hull damage repaired and I am worried about putting it in the water and taking on water in the hull

I do not mean to pry but why is it that you could not get under the boat? Do you see water weeping out that "crack" as it sits there? I thought that the seller offered to help out?
