Make everyone mad that tries to set down and get some food in open and what looks like available tables. I'll never go in that place again the owner doesn't know how to treat people.

http://columbiamo.craigslist.org/rfs/512309739.html This is the property. However, I know I saw it listed for less than $659k at one point in the last week (could have been different site than craigs list though). They may have put up a lower price to unload it and take their loss this year and since they didn't get any bites that could close by the 12/31 they raised it again. |
I was wrong that is not it. The front looks exactly the same though. If someone wanted a nice house cheap I would look into it. Probably offer around 400,000 to 450,000. It looks like it needs about 100,000 put in the outside still.

I'm 2 minutes away...will go look today and post my findings.

The grade looked pretty steep to me too. Haven't heard from Wild for awhile - have you seen him this winter? |

driveway looks to be almost vertical as does the back. looks like alot of retaining wall blacks tobe put in place in front of garage, might be worth 699k when completed, needs alot of work.
Had lunch at Captain Ron's on Saturday and they will be open until New Years and then close down until St. Patty's to complete the remodel--will be adding 5,000 ft. to the building. |

Went and looked at the Craigslist Porto Cima House located at #36 Grand Cove Dr.
Nice location on the water; nice protected cove (no wake in that area); nice home next door. The house is at the low end of Porto Cima waterfront homes; basic builders spec home and has been sitting a while. Lot is steep up top with a very steep driveway like most along that section of homes. Pallets are modular retaining wall block. |

Here is the left side, rear from shoreline and right side. Note the vines remnants on the left side.
