No Titles in Delaware either, they give you a Baby Blue Credit Card Type registration, they hold the Title??? In Maryland you have a Title for everything, Boat, Trailer, Truck etc...

Robert (Magicfloat) is no longer on OSO, you can find him on Speedwake now. (Related to the photo thread/issues that "never happened" )

I bought my current boat from Robert in Alabama. They don't have titles. I recieved a crappy piece of paper that they said was the registration. TYook a little effort but got everything squared away. If you register the boat at a location that does alot of these they will probably be familiar with the fact that some states don't issue titles.

Depends on the state, also depends on the year and length of the vessel. At least thats how it is in New York State.

No title in TN. I just had a bill of sale and thats all I needed to have it titled in OK. Was pretty simple really, but I would check to see what your state needs to title.

No title in LA either. Shouldn't be that big a deal to get one with the registration and a notarized bill of sale.
