No Titles in Delaware either, they give you a Baby Blue Credit Card Type registration, they hold the Title??? In Maryland you have a Title for everything, Boat, Trailer, Truck etc...

Send a PM to Magicfloat aka Robert Nelems. I'm sure he could tell you exactly what the Alabama laws are with Titles. I know when I bought my first boat, it had never been titled. Nebraska had just started issuing tiltles for boats and before the guy sold it to me, he had to get it titled.
Robert (Magicfloat) is no longer on OSO, you can find him on Speedwake now. (Related to the photo thread/issues that "never happened"
)I bought my current boat from Robert in Alabama. They don't have titles. I recieved a crappy piece of paper that they said was the registration. TYook a little effort but got everything squared away. If you register the boat at a location that does alot of these they will probably be familiar with the fact that some states don't issue titles.
