Central WA we get rain once sometimes twice in 3 months. Its desert complete with rattle snakes in the summer. On the evil side of the mountain, I've cabin cruiser boated. Normal take boats out around first week of Nov.

One pic view from my current backyard. River in the background is the Columbia.
