WOW, that would be a great hot rod boat and/or P Class race boat. I owned a 2000 Fountain 29 Fever and it was an awesome boat, built very well. I had a lot of fun with it.

what I see is a very limited use boat. The seating arrangement would turn away most "pleasure boaters" I think. Good price, thats for sure.

yea, i dont disagree with all that, its certainly not a family boat for a family of 4, but me and my girlfriend and usually another couple have enjoyed some fun diiners, poker runs, etc....

i know i looked around for a boat just like this until i found it, something farily stock but faster than most, and affordable, i know its a rare bread, but i figure there have got to be some other speed freaks out there who want something fairly new, with realiable power and drive etc........

if i keep it through the winter i will prolly bring it back to fountain for a rear bench seat, i was quoter like 1200 in spring, so its not too bad,

that was going to be the first thing i did but as we went out more and more and people sat in those back seats they said they loved them

this gives you a very limited market.
Ditto. I would not want that boat at any price. Sorry

$$ seem reasonable, going to need to find the right person for a boat like that. Market is really tough now.
good luck.

It's like you said, YOU bought it, so in time there will be another "you" who is looking at just the right time and has the loot here eventually. As stated, it's not a great time, both in market and season.

Good Luck.

As was said already, the used boat market sucks right now and I really don't see it getting any better in the next year or two. Too many contributing factors.

Introductory race boat...that's what caught my eye on this thing! Another couple years and I'd be all over something like that...must be a blast to drive!

It really is a fun boat, this was the best year by far i've had with poker runs, handles any water you throw at it!
