I really enjoyed seeing the 28 Evo at the SCOPE Poker Run. I'm looking forward to seeing the 39 next. Great looking boat.

oh yeah. i got it last night and everything looks good and all, but the Evo caught my eye especially. cant wait to see how it runs with some bigger power in it.:cool:

It's a sweet Poker run boat. However, the smaller one they made (29' I believe) is really useless. Most people that buy their boats go to the river and that boat isn't river friendly at all. (no cabin, limited space, no sunpad, no possible way to climb back into the boat if you jump into the water, etc,...)

Lavey sure builds a sweet boat, but i think they missed the boat with the smaller Evo..reminds me of the huge 44' cat that Magic built a few years ago....absolutely a waste!!

If that is the same bottom as the NuEra 38 (I think it is) We can all expect to hear some real feedback on this boat. This was Eddie Morenz swan song and one of the only "True" running waterline go fast boats to hit the market. The boats have been running the Catalina Ski Race from 2000 on and have always been in high reguard from their owners. It looks like Laveycraft has gone to the next level (And then some) with the hull. Very nice boat guys and girls (We know your wives are involved!!!)
