Sorry for your loss. What don't kill you only makes you stronger........ rebuild it twice as good. Good luck.

Be careful what you say. Insurance companies do not like to pay for fires. Insurance companies will, if have not already, send out a number of investigator to find cause of fire. Even if fire department found cause insurance company may not agree with that cause. Next they will do a full investigation on you. They will spend many $$$ checking you and your employees out. The trama of a fire is great. Glad no one was hurt. If you have not done so start doing a complete inventory of everthing that burned up. Make a complete list of everthing. Do not do a bulk guess, on items, it will cost you. Consider anything with an circuit board history. It maybe working now but in a few months when it dies the insurance company will, may not pay for it then.

I don't know if they have the same owners today that they had 9 years ago but they wasn't honest then. Was suppose to be a new block and new internals but the block had two sleeves and the internals was not new. Was promised 700 hp and they dynoed it at 613. Hopefully not the same today but if so maybe this is justice.

Fires are never convenient, they are extremely destructive and will disrupt your business and threaten ones ability to make a living...

Hopefully they will be able to move forward and rebuild but it's not going to be a bed of roses in any case...

I would applaud them for their positive outlook, after all what's "done is done" as far as the fire is concerned....

BEWARE of the words ACTUAL CASH VALUE!!! that is insurance talk for what you had ain't worth chit. I would hire a lawyer now, insurance company's make lots of money because they don't pay if they can get out of it.
