Anyone know this boat?
 

Seen this boat on Lake Cumberland this past weekend anyone know anything about it? Seem to have big power, check out the pic

May not have big power...those radar arches really help a boat out aerodynamically:rolleyes:

I've seen that boat here in VA before....I believe he has run the Jammin on the James Poker Run. Don't know the owner but seem to remember it did in fact have big power! I believe it's an older straight bottom 38 Fountain

The boat was called Exile, a 1991 38' Fountain Fever, it was rigged new at Apache, custom painted in FL, it had 604CI motors with Big Cheif heads, 2 carbs on a tunnel ram intake and #6 wet sump drives. It would run 102 to 104 mph.....don't know what it has now, heard it had blowers now??

What motors do you have in it now?? It was always a good running boat. It was at Fountain for a long time getting work done to it.

Not mine, but we are friends of the same group and raft up with them a few weekends each summer. I don't know the details on the engines other than they still have the big chief heads(it came up in a conversation this summer). I don't think it has blowers, and it is still a 100 mph boat.

Where do you hang out at cumberland? I'm usually down there hanging out about every weekend.

My boat is kept at Conley Bottom, and we stay on it in the slip most weekends during the summer. Used to hang at the east end party cove, but this year with the lake down, it's been split between clifty creek and Harmon. I like Harmon being the new party spot. 76 falls was too far away for most days. I'm thinking about either moving to the new alligator 1 location, or just buying a truck and trailering it next year.

Yeah we used to put in at burnside island and hang out at party cove but now since the lake has been down we have been going to clifty havent made it to harmon yet but heard its pretty wild. I have a 388 hustler you may have seen us down there. Tow with a dodge 3500 dually.

Hell, I've probably rafted up with you, or across from you back in clifty this year. Most likely have a photo of your boat in my lake cumberland photo gallery. Did you run in the poker run?

Exile is back there one day out of the weekend most weekends as well.
