I lay a bet they were drinking. The number one hit and run is the person driving the boat or car has been drinking or intoxicated and the reason they don't stop is even if it wasn't there fault they will be charged with Man Slaughter and liable suits.. But what a piece of S@#* not to stop for a person (Period) I know I couldn't live with knowing I just Killed Someone..

I hope they catch the SOB! We all make mistakes (this is obviously more than a mistake) but it's being a responsible person to own up to your mistakes amd fess up
