Well that leaves KPM out of my list of marine suppliers i will ever do business with. Sr. you are not the only game in town. One ? i went back and read every post on this thread including Gino's so i have to ask just where were these so called accusations about KPM

cuda 12-05-2007 07:15 PM

I sure don't know what brought on that diatribe from Kpm aimed at Gino. I don't remember Gino ever being a whiner, or complainer, even though he's gotten the raw end of many deals. I suggest that Mr CEO go out and hire a public relations person.

Dang mand Cuda get the tripple word score with the use of DIATRIBE!!!! :D

Yet ANOTHER good reason to buy American, thanks Mr J Morgan CEO.

I would never expect a CEO or officer of any reputable company to make comments like this in public. You've selected your industry partners well I see, so sorry they didn't pay their bill. This community pays very well for good products so don't start bashing Americans. I'm glad the sailboat market is good for you, the powerboat market is not for you... Clearly!

Just some corrections; you have had many complaints about your products.
1) Pulleys falling off shafts.
2) Shaft made of wrong material
3) "O" rings left out of assembly
4) RTV used in place of "O" rings
5) Brackets incomplete or missing hardware
6) Poor pumping ability, (yes it was me who found the 1100hp motor with no water pressure, that melted down) because it is not a positive displacement pump.

We now rely on US made Harden Marine pumps which work far better than KPM. Parts and good customer service are a available. I've never understood the need for a "run dry" pump since very few of our customers feel compelled to run their motors without water. My experience is that when you run a motor without water the least of your worries is the sea pump impeller.

As for your slam on Gino well, what can I say? It speaks volumes about you.

We will never sell or carry KPM products.

and I don't own a Rolex

I haven't noticed this phenomenon myself, but then again my customers pay their bills. You might want to again check whom you choose to do business with.

Yes he would still do business with Fred, that about says it all. He must have enough margine built into his product that he is still profitable even after getting hit for God only knows how much. I do not do any more work for my customers if they screw me for 20 bucks....

"Mr Lube Boy"......LMAO!!! Hey Gino, how about me takin' the lambo for a rip??? Lube boy you should buy 51% of KPM just.....because it would be fun to watch Mr. Ceo sweep up at the end of the night.

Sounds like one of those rare but welcome self-solving problems.

He doesn't like us, we don't like him. He's going away mad, no one here cares.

Works for me.

Lofty 12-06-2007 12:21 AM

oh I forgot Jules, Julie or whatever,

The lids on your sea strainers don't fit, remember? Yes, saw all of those ones you built with the lids that wouldn't seal. Great product!

Now what Navy are you supplying, the Chinese?
