Default Switching from efi to carbs, which intakes should I use?

Well guys, I'm leaving my area of knowledge, and switching from efi to carbs. Which intake would best suit my needs? Here's the engine spec's 502, AFR 315's, 8.75-1 compression, crane 741 cam.
I really need something with brass inserts in the water passages, unless I go with closed cooling. But I'm not sure I'm going to bother with the closed cooling, I would rather just get an intake with brass. I will also need a 4150 base, going off of what the carb shop is reccomending.

I guess I better explain that I'm not switching to carbs because the efi is a pain in the azz or anything, It's simply a money issue. I'm building a twin to the motor in my Velocity and putting them both in the Powerplay. So buying 2 harnesses/computers, 1 more intake/throttle body/injectors, ect. it will be way more affordable to just switch both to carbs.

Thanks,
Frank

Might get some better response in the General Tech area. Should be an easy questions for one of the engine pro's.

Good luck!

Merlin intakes would be the best for your situation. The kit from CP does not have brass inserts in the water jacket. Buy them online at summit racing.com part # wrl-063042
