New Lake X Pic's
 

I was flying around this weekend and ended up in Central Florida. I decided to check out the lake after Mercury moved their operations.
It was nice to see the tower still in place. Note the private airstrip.
Sure brought back memories...just not the same without any boats around.

That is cool! I will never forget testing there!

Is it being used for anything right now or is it just abandoned? Would make a great place for a new boat company or outboard company...........:D

I heard a private individual bought it??? Don't know for sure.

It was private property already just being leased by Mercury.

I enjoyed going there, the deer and turkeys running around very nice.

Have landed at the airstrip many times on flight sim!!:cool-smiley-011:
