SM does make great exhaust but do they actually make a replacement for the odd bolt pattern 525 ?

I'm not sure but being aluminum I bet the head can be drilled/tapped, I'd have to check.

Is the Stelling big tube straight back suitable for a 525 or is the port sizing off? The 525 headers are not stright back.

I personally think that is one of the best exhaust systems out there, besides KE's exhaust. If you boat in saltwater, they are the way to go, IMHO.
