Uhhhhhhh - which one says no restrictions...........I can't read german.

I'm not sure how much influence on line voting has.
I clicked the middle one.
The CE standard for the EU is 75 db at speed. It is very difficult to achieve but unfortunately that's the law.

The one in the middle is correct !
