Has the engine gone thru any EPA emissions varifiaction testing? Did it pass, what tier rating did it get varitied at? If not that could be your biggest hurdle. I wish you the best of luck with your engines, they do look very interesting.

We haven't done any emissions testing yet. We're working on getting everything running the way we want it to before we do any emissions or longevity testing.

Right now it is a single-stage turbo. We are looking at VGTs for the future.
No EGR.

The ECM that we are running right now is a custom program. We have the engine hooked to a laptop that we use to control the injection timing, injector pulse width, and pump duty cycle.

I know in pickups and OTR trucks, emissions is whats killing them.
I think what your doing is a good idea. If I had a boat, Id let you put these engines in so i could beat on them and let you guys fix it.
