Another reason I'd never race a boat without a canopy

I think I was running 5th when that happened, in
The Black Pearl #16 with my buddy David Peterson. Was there not a rain delay?
It's hard to feel positive about a busted lid that was there to protect your head.

Hey smart azz. If you had ever been in a race you'd know that trying to catch up is always a harder battle than leading.
I've worked a LOT harder running 3-4-5 than I have when I won the race. They were back there also.
Doesn't Woods have somebody's azz you need to kiss? :-D

Wild, The drives ripped open the engine compartment then the boat rolled all the way over & righted itself. The most unfortunate part was that it ended Sckroki's racing. A true competitor along with the "ones who did the hitting".
