What we really need is the judges and our court system to do their job before these bozo law suits even make it to trial. How the heck could someone be allowed to sue the bar when there was no DUI or evidence of her working there. It would be nice to have professional jurors but even better if we had judges with balls that could cut through the BS suits from the legit ones.
I was sued once on a BS charge and even the judge told the other party they had little likelihood of winning but she still allowed me to spend thousands fighting it, only to wind up with the same outcome. However I still have a firm belief that if you harmed through negligence you should be allowed. There are accidents that are true accidents but there are negligent ones as well, it would be nice if a judge could sort that out before allowing it to get in front of the jury.

I thought the consensus was that this guy was entitled to pain and suffereing, however the club should not have been laible, the girl that hit him should and she should be in jail.
