Livorsi has the nicest side mount I've seen for the money. Retail is at $436.

--OR-- you can buy a Gaffrig top mount set off eBay, there are a couple on there now in the $200 range, then add the pod to mount it. The pod is $175 retail, although I've seen them for about $100 from somewhere.

I have the Gaffrig in my Donzi. It's a nice unit, no complaints.

I put an Incontrol (with trim) in my 22 Classic. Works great
with existing Merc cables.

I really prefer seperate shifter and throttle.

Livorsi's Side mount billet control is very nice...your cost with OSO 10% discount is: $368.10 You can order them in any standard Livorsi color.
