Who has the best price on a Bravo 1-XR, 1.35 with the standard length Sportmaster lower?

I think the only ratios are 1.50 and 1.36

P.M. Mr Gadgets in the tech forum. He bulids a blueprinted one for about the same price as some retailers do here.

the best price i found was thru land and sea, they have the remaned from merc for $2995 for the uppers, not sure about lowers but they come with 1 year warranty. from what we could tell they were new but called them remans
