not sure of the name, but there is one right on Bonita Beach road, about a mile before the beach, south side of the road, at the bridge. It looks pretty nice.

Thinking Tarpon Cove Marina but not sure if it is Private or Public?
|
Tarpon Cove is all wet slips as far as I know. If you want to stay relatively close to Pelican Bay, then your choices are south Fort Myers Beach to Naples.
There are two other dry stack buildings on Bonita Beach Road, west of US 41. I just can't remember the names at this moment. They are primarily dockominiums but I suspect that you could rent as well. There is a good county ramp at the Cocohatchee park, just north of Pelican Bay on Vanderbilt Drive. You could store the boat on it's trailer in a storage yard and launch & retrieve on a daily basis at the ramp. T |

Dats where I launch, prob. is, I cant keep the boat at the in-laws house, guard gated comm.,...
Anyway, you can also try Cedar Bay Marina on Marco even though it's a decent way south from Naples. They went condo but had a few larger rack spaces last time I checked. |

When I brought the 342 down in Feb '06 I arrived in the afternoon and it was too late to head to the marina. So I headed through the guard shack and parked the F-350 and the 342 in front of the house. Got a call a bit later asking me if I knew who's boat was parked in front of my house. Apparently security sh!t themselves when they saw me go through the gate and didn't know what to do. Got a 'ticket' and also a copy of the by-laws in the mail reminding me that it is against regulations to park things like that inside the community. :Whatever:

I'd pay the ticket, problem is, its father in laws house. He would get the ticket:eek: He doesnt live there, it his vacation house, and we have a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs as our weekend home. |
