500 to 525
I've noticed that the 500 EFI motors have been discontinued ,but the 525 EFI's are still being produced . Question is Can you make exsisting 500 EFI's into 525's with a head swap ? or is it way more involved than that ? Any help would be cool .............................:cool-smiley-011:

With heads, cam and reprogram on the ECM you can make a 500EFI easily put out 600HP and be very dependable and idle like a dream. Mark Boos at Precision Marine in Kenner, La and also Tyler Crockett can both help you out and it is sure worth the money. I recommend these two because they both do these packages and can reprogram the ECM which is a MUST. Good luck |
