That sounds strikingly familiar to the "avoid hangovers- stay drunk" strategy.

At the great risk of adding something factually useful to this thread...

All the water out- especially oil/trans/steering coolers, block water jackets and all the recesses of the exhaust. This is best accomplished by removing the water intakes & pouring 5 or 6 gallons of RV antifreexze into them while they're running. On the last gallon, fog the engines. NAPA is probably the only place planet you can still find fogging oil. The girl at Autozone tried to tell me that Rain-X is the best thing for the application. Don't read the fogging oil directions on your last jug of antifreeze- you need to gradually apply it, then stall the engine by flooding with it at the end. Proir to all of it, add lots of stabilizer to your fuel. You don't want the carbs to be empty- the gaskets will dry out and leak in the spring. After you're done, make sure to cover all the openings- bag the carbs and duct-tape the exhaust.

Don't forget to fill the water tank if you have one. Run it until the water comes out pink.

OK smart guy. Real cute.

The Great Lakes may be frozen over right now but we can get water in the Spring- What are your plans?
