Default Restricter plugs/Dry sump system

Opinions needed; should restricter plugs be used with a 5 stage pump, 10" vacuum, valve spring sprayers and cam sprayers ?

Valve spring oilers are always a good idea when your going to run hard for along time. ONLY if your running mech. roller camshafts should you run oil restrictors. I drill mine to .140 when no spring oilers are used.
