I will check them out also ! Thanks...

Best rates found-
Intercoastal 7.99% 15 yrs 15% dwn

Coastal-7.02% 15 yrs. 15% dwn or 85% of appraised surveyed value

Excel 7.25/7.5% 15yrs also require survey.

Where did all the 6% money go!! To heck with this "boats are not essentials" !! they ARE required for life to exist !

Any more info OSO??? not many links on the board, so.....

Thumbs up

If you have enough equity in your house, go for a home equity line of credit (not a home equity "loan"). I found one at 4.49% through June, then switching to prime rate plus 0% after that. Plus, no matter what boat you buy, the interest is tax-deductible because you are using your house as equity. Pay it off as fast or as slow as you want - all you HAVE to pay each month is the interest. Cool deal?
