I agree but I am torn about that because straps only offer pull leverage where the T-handles offer push/pull. Maybe a tight nylon strap in-between the bolsters. Or just replace the middle seat altogether with a built-in cooler and make it a 2+2.

I like those! They are very similar in shape to my front bolsters and they still have the flush curved back that follows the lines of the boat. The only thing I may do different is bring the outsides of the seat to the back of the front bolster since I have some padding there already.
