There's a link for a free download. On the install, don't let it become your default player for all audio and video.

For the free one, look at the bottom right of the page. Click free download. Then on that page there is a grey bar in the middle that says something like "our free player". Click that and select the free player on the right. What a pain in the ass, they really try to get you to hit that $9.95 one every chance they get...
